E. David Millard

E. David Millard is a judge on the Vicinage 14 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] Millard was appointed to the court in 2002 by acting Governor Donald DiFrancesco and obtained tenured status in 2009. He will now serve on the court until he reaches 70 years of age in 2024.[2][3]
Education
Millard received his undergraduate degree from Allegheny College in 1976 and his J.D. from Vermont Law School in 1980.[4]
