Edward Bouker
Edward Bouker was a judge for the Twenty-Third Judicial District of the District Courts in Kansas. He joined the court in 1993 and retired in 2016.[1]
Education
Bouker received his undergraduate degree from Ft. Hays State University and his J.D. from King College.[2]
Career
Prior to his election to the bench in 1993, Bouker was in private practice in Kansas. He was appointed Chief Judge of the Twenty-Third Judicial District in 1995.[3]

Bouker ran for re-election in the Twenty-Third Judicial District.[4] On Nov. 6, 2012, he was re-elected to his seat after earning 100 percent of the vote with 13,120 votes. He ran in the election as a Democrat.[5]
