Edward E. Carriere, Jr.
Edward E. Carriere, Jr. was the Chief Judge of the DeKalb County State Court and a municipal judge of Decatur in Georgia.[1][2] He retired on August 31, 2010 and passed away on June 6, 2013.[3][4]
