F. Willis Johnson, Jr. is a minister with Wellspring Church and the father of two children. He has served as a consultant and adviser to former Indiana Governor Frank O'Bannon and former Kansas City mayor Emanuel Cleaver, II. Johnson has also created educational programming and organizational publications, and served as an instructor facilitating studies in communication, business principles and biblical studies.[1]
