Five appointed to Florida's Fifth Circuit Nominating Commission

Florida: This week, Governor Rick Scott appointed five members to the judicial nominating commission for the Fifth Circuit. Only one member was reappointed; Michele L. Lieberman, an attorney and general counsel for Technology Conservation Group, Inc.[1]

All of the new members are attorneys in private practice. They are W. James Gooding III, Brian D. Hudson, Darryl W. Johnson and Del G. Potter. Gooding and Johnston were appointed to terms that expire on July 1, 2015. Lieberman, Hudson and Potter will serve terms that expire on July 1, 2014.[1]
