Florida Supreme Court seeks to create more judgeships

Florida: On Thursday, February 25, the Florida Supreme Court ask the state legislature to create 90 new trial court judgeships. The state supreme court cited budget cuts and increasing caseloads as responsible for delays in statewide court action.[1]
