Former Hawaii Supreme Court justice passes away

Hawaii: At age 90, former Hawaii Supreme Court justice, William S. Richardson, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 21. Richardson served as chief justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court from 1966 to 1982, and has formerly served as the Hawaii Democratic Party chairman (1959) and the state lieutenant governor in 1962 under John Burns. The only law school in Hawaii was named after him when he retired from the state high court in 1982.[1]
