Fredrick R. Spencer was a judge for the Circuit Court of Madison County in Indiana. He resigned in September of 2009, with the resignation becoming effective on September 24. Spencer stepped down amidst judicial misconduct complaints and an investigation by the Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications.[1][2] Spencer died on February 28, 2016.[3]
