George Evans is the District A representative on the Christina School District Board of Education in Delaware. Evans first served on the board from January 1981 to June 2010. He was then appointed to serve on the board again in 2012. He won re-election to the remainder of the term he was appointed to in 2013. He won re-election to a new full term after the general election scheduled for May 12, 2015, was cancelled due to no opponents filing to run against him.
