Georgia Court of Appeals overturns dismissal of case by lower court

Georgia: The Georgia Court of Appeals has rejected a Bibb County trial court dismissal of a case involving a pastor an banker swindling church member. The pastor, Jimmy Collins, and former BB&T bank employee, Steven Pittman, are accused of cheating members of Collins's church into taking out loans totaling over $600,000. The trial date is unknown as of the writing of this article.[1]
