Georgia man convicted of murder appeals
February 10, 2010
Atlanta, Georgia: Kevin Huckabee has asked the Georgia Supreme Court to overturn his murder convictions that he got for allegedly driving the getaway car from the 2006 killing of Jennifer Ross. His attorney says that the prosecution did not allow him to establish an alibi involving phone records. The court has already upheld the conviction of two other men directly involved with the murder, but Huckabee's is still being debated.[1]
