There was a Great Falls School District Tax Increase measure on the May 4 ballot in Cascade County for voters in the city of Great Falls.

This measure was approved

  • YES 10,627 Approveda
  • NO 8,224[1]

This measure sought to increase local property taxes by $14.32 per $100,000 of assessed property value per year. The increased tax will generate around $896,451 a year for general school purposes. The district also had to undergo additional budget cuts.[2]
