CONCORD, New Hampshire: House Bill 341 was passed in the New Hampshire Legislature on January 13, 2010, implementing that the New Hampshire Secretary of State should schedule the presidential primary at least seven days before any other state’s presidential primary.[1]

However, the bill also states that Iowa’s presidential primary should be exempt, due to the caucus being held earlier than New Hampshire’s.
