The question on the ballot:
Shall there be incorporated a fire protection district known as the Hughesville Fire Protection District, and shall the Board of Directors of the Hughesville Fire Protection District be authorized to levy a tax on the real and personal property within the District of Thirty Cents ($0.30) per One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation to provide funds for the support of the District?[3] |
