The Idaho Limit Bonded Indebtedness of the State to Sum not Greater than One Percentum Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 10, was on the November 5, 1918 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have limited the bonded indebtedness of the state to a sum not greater than one percentum. The measure excluded debt of territory and debt for construction of State Capitol from the sum.[1]
