The Idaho Remove Superintendent from Land Board Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 23, was on the November 3, 1914 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have removed the Superintendent of Public Instruction from the Land Board.[1]
