The Idaho Annual Retirement, Discipline and Removal of Justices and Judges Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 5, was on the November 5, 1968 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure created procedures for the retirement, discipline and removal of justices and judges.[1][2]
