Indiana: The Indiana Supreme Court has appointed Jack A. Tandy of the Shelby Superior Court to act as a special forgery investigation judge for a case involving Marion County Chairman Tom John. John has not yet been charged with a crime, but has been accused by his ex-wife that he forged her name on a loan deferment form. The special judge appointment comes after the case was moved the state Supreme Court after Marion Superior Court Judge Robert R. Altice Jr. recused himself following Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi's request for a special prosecutor.[1]
