Jackie Fenn was the Region 1 incumbent for the Downingtown Area Board of Directors in Pennsylvania. The seat was up for general election on November 3, 2015. There was a primary election on May 19, 2015. She filed to run in both the Democratic and Republican primaries. Fenn won the nomination from both primaries but withdrew from the race before the general election.[1][2] Fenn withdrew from the race prior to the general election and was replaced on the ballot by James Theodore Rauth.

Fenn obtained her bachelor's degree from Syracuse University. She is currently the executive director of Lionville Community YMCA.[3]

Five of the nine seats on the Downingtown Area Board of Directors were up for election in the general election on November 3, 2015. There was a primary election on May 19, 2015.

The seats of Region 1 incumbent Jackie Fenn, Region 3 incumbent Carl K. Kroft, Region 5 incumbent Colleen Cranney, Region 7 incumbent Jane S. Bertone and Region 9 incumbent Jamie Mehler were up for election. The incumbents in every region ran unopposed. All candidates participated in the practice of cross-filing and ran in both the Republican and Democratic primaries.

Fenn withdrew from the race prior to the general election and was replaced via substitute nomination by James Theodore Rauth.[4] Rauth, Kroft, Cranney, Bertone and Mehler won election without opposition. No independent candidates filed to run in the general election.[1][2]
