James H. Roberts, Jr. is a judge on the Circuit court in Alabama. He was appointed by Governor Robert Bentley in February 2011.[1] His term expires in 2018.[2]

Education

Roberts received his undergraduate degree from The University of South Florida and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.[1]

Career

Before joining the court, Roberts worked as an attorney and a professor of trial advocacy and evidence.[1]
