James O'Brien (Pennsylvania)
James "Red" O'Brien was a 2013 candidate for the Luzerne County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania.[1]

O'Brien ran for the Luzerne County Magisterial District. He lost the Democratic primary, receiving 24.28% of the vote.[2]

O'Brien attendant Luzerne County Community College and Marywood University where he studied Business Administration and Computer Information Systems.[3]
Career
O'Brien is a former Luzerne County Recorder of Deeds, former Avoca mayor and former Pittston Area School Board president.[4]
