James Scott (Iowa)
James Scott s a former judge on the Iowa Court of Appeals. He was appointed to this position in 1994. Scott was a senior status judge from October 2014 to February 24, 2024.[1]
Biography and Education
Scott received his bachelor's and law degrees from the University of South Dakota in 1974 and 1976, respectively. He is married and has two children.[1]
Career
Scott has worked as an assistant Sioux County attorney, an alternate district associate judge and a lawyer in private practice.[1]
