James Swanger
James Swanger is a former judge for the Clark County District Court in Clark County, Washington. He was appointed to the court in July 2005 and retired on March 1, 2017.[1][2] [3]
Biography
Swanger received a B.A. in English from Brigham Young University in 1976 and a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 1979.[1]
From 1999 until his appointment in 2005, Swanger was the court commissioner for the Clark County District Court. Prior to that, he worked in private practice and as a prosecutor in Clark County.[1]
