Jan Greenberg Levine was a judge for the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in California. Levine was appointed by Governor Gray Davis in 2003. On December 11, 2012 Levine announced her retirement. Although her last day on the bench was December 21, 2012, her official retirement was not until February 13, 2013.[1]

2012 election

Levine ran for re-election to the superior court in 2012. As an unopposed incumbent, her name did not appear on the ballot. After the primary election, Levine was automatically re-elected.[2]
