2012 election

Rossell was appointed to the Kenosha County Circuit Court on November 1st, 2011 by Governor Scott Walker.[1] Rossell was successful in the February 21st primary, receiving 33% of the vote and moving on to defeat Edward Richard Antaramian in the general election on April 3rd.[2]
Education
Judge Rossell graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School.[3]
Career
Before his appointment to the circuit court, Rossel worked with the District Attorney’s Office, ran his own law practice and served Kenosha County as a Guardian Ad Litem.[3]
