Jason Wells is a judge of the General Division of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas in Ohio. He was appointed by Gov. John Kasich (R) in June 2017 to fill the vacancy created by the election of Judge Lynne S. Callahan to the Ninth District Court of Appeals. Wells took office on June 27, 2017. He had to run for election in November 2018 to retain the seat past the end of the appointment.[1]
