Jeanette Moll
Jeanette Moll ran for judge on the Ohio Fifth District Court of Appeals in 2012.
2012 election
Moll defeated Flite H. Freimann in the Republican primary on March 6, winning 68.91% of the vote. She was defeated by Patricia Delaney in the general election on November 6, receiving 34.7% of the vote.[1][2][3]

Sanctions
In late August, Moll was made to pay $3,500 in fines for a misleading representation of herself on a campaign flier. On the flier, Moll was wearing a judicial robe and described as a magistrate in Guernsey County, though she has not held that position since 2007. Moll does not believe the flier was inappropriate and is appealing the finding.[4]
Education
Moll received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her J.D. from The Ohio State University.[5]
Career
Moll is currently an attorney and owner of her own law office. From 1997 to 2007, she served as a magistrate for the Guernsey County Court of Common Pleas. Moll began her legal career as a court mediator.[5]
