Opposition

The Freehold Regional High School District Board of Education consists of nine nonpartisan members who are elected by district to three-year terms. Freehold Borough incumbent Heshy Moses, Manalapan incumbent Jennifer Sutera and Howell Township incumbent William Bruno were up for re-election on November 3, 2015.

Bruno did not file to run for re-election, ensuring at least one newcomer would be elected to the board. Peter Bruno filed to run in his place and faced no opposition to replace his brother on the board. Incumbents Moses and Sutera also ran unopposed and won re-election to their seats.[1]
