The Jerome County Lease-Purchase Jail Agreement question was on the November 3 ballot in Jerome County.
The question asked county voters if the county should incur debt in order to enter into a lease-purchase agreement for a new county jail. The lease would be paid through available funds from the county. The lease would not last more than 30 years.[1]
