Joel T. Marker is a bankruptcy court judge for the District of Utah. He took office on July 1, 2010. He succeeded Judge Judith Boulden on the court.[1][2]

Education

Marker received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law in 1984.[2]

Career

Prior to joining the court, Marker was an attorney and a member of a panel of Chapter 7 Trustees.[2]
