John Brent Threlkeld was a 2014 candidate for the 15th Judicial Circuit, which serves Carroll, Grant, and Owen counties in Kentucky.[1]

Threlkeld ran for election to the 15th Judicial Circuit.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on May 20, 2014, receiving 29.3 percent of the vote. He competed against William R. Adkins and R. Leslie Knight.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 43.7 percent of the vote. He competed against R. Leslie Knight. [1][2] 

Education

Threlkeld received his undergraduate degree from Northern Kentucky University in 1987 and his J.D. from Ohio Northern University in 1990.[3][4]
