John Brent Threlkeld was a 2014 candidate for the 15th Judicial Circuit, which serves Carroll, Grant, and Owen counties in Kentucky.[1]

Threlkeld ran for election to the 15th Judicial Circuit.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on May 20, 2014, receiving 29.3 percent of the vote. He competed against William R. Adkins and R. Leslie Knight.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 43.7 percent of the vote. He competed against R. Leslie Knight.

Education
Threlkeld received his undergraduate degree from Northern Kentucky University in 1987 and his J.D. from Ohio Northern University in 1990.[3][4]
