John D. Allen was the chief judge of the Chatthoochee Circuit of Georgia.[1] He officially retired on October 31, 2013.[2]

Education

Allen received his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Tuskegee University in 1966 and his J.D. from the University of Florida. He was admitted to the bar in 1976.[2][3][4]

Career

2012 election

Allen ran unopposed for re-election to the Chattahoochee Superior Court.[5] He was re-elected after receiving 99.7% of the vote in the July 31 election.[6]
