Jon S. Flemmer is a judge for the South Dakota Fifth Judicial Circuit.[1] Flemmer was elected to the court in 1998 and took office in January 1999. He has served as presiding judge since January 9, 2014.[2] Flemmer was re-elected to the court in 2014 for a term that expires in 2022.[3]
