Jose A. "Tony" Giraud is a county judge of the Santa Rosa County Court of Florida. He was appointed to this position by Governor Rick Scott on November 16, 2012, to replace Ross L. Bilbrey.[1] He was re-elected without opposition in 2014, winning a six-year term that expires on January 4, 2021.[2][3]

Giraud received his undergraduate degree from Florida International University and his J.D. degree from the Florida State University College of Law.[1]
Career
Giraud worked as an assistant state attorney in Pensacola from 1998 until his judicial appointment in 2012. He served in the U.S. Army from 1986 until 1990.[1]
