Joseph H. Dougherty was a judge on the Montgomery County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania. [1] His term expires in December 2011.

2011 election

Dougherty won the Republican Party primary on May 17. He received 41.2% in the Democratic primary and 70.8% of the vote in the Republican primary.[2] He was defeated by John D. Kessler in the general election, receiving only 41.7% of the vote.[3]
