Joseph McDonald ran for judge on the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.

2011 election

McDonald ran for an open seat on the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas. He was defeated by Steve Higgins in the Republican primary and David Williamson in the Democratic primary on May 17. He received 14% in the Democratic primary and 15.4% of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] All candidates running for the seat were cross-endorsed by the Republican and Democratic parties.[2]
