Judge Landau to retire from Court of Appeals

Oregon: Judge Jack Landau, who was recently elected to the Oregon Supreme Court, has announced his retirement from the Oregon Court of Appeals, where he has served since 1993. His retirement will be effective January 3, 2011. Governor Kulongoski has announced that he will appoint a new judge before this date and is currently accepting applications.[1]
