Judge Neilson to retire at the end of the year

Jefferson County, Oregon: Judge George W. Neilson plans to retire from his position as circuit court judge for the counties of Jefferson and Crook (22nd Judicial District) on December 31, 2010. He has served in this position since 1990 and spent the previous 20 years as a District Court judge. Gov. Kulongoski is accepting applications to fill the position.[1]
