Judge Pitt to retire

Utah: Judge William E. Pitt, the Utah Third Judicial District judge for Tooele County Justice Court, has announced that he will retire on May 16, 2010. He worked as a judge for 19 years. State law requires him to retire at the age of 75.[1]
