Judicial Nominating Commission forwards five names to Governor Chafee

Rhode Island: Governor Lincoln Chafee has received a list of five names for consideration to replace retiring Judge Edwin J. Gale on the Rhode Island Superior Court. The names being considered are Eva Marie Mancuso, Lynette Joy Labinger, Brian A. Goldman, Harris K. Weiner and Patricia A. Coyne-Fague. The appointment of Superior Court assistant justice is a lifetime appointment that comes with a $144,861 base salary.[1]
