Kathleen K. Caldwell was a presiding judge on the South Dakota Second Judicial Circuit.[1] She served on the court from 1993 until her retirement on January 8, 2013.[2]
Education
Caldwell received her J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 1980.[2]
