Kathy Mace Skinner is a magistrate judge of the Second District of Iowa. She was appointed to this position in 2005 and serves Story County.[1]
Education
Skinner received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Iowa State University in 1969 and 1972, respectively. She then earned her law degree from Drake University in 1987.[1]
Career
In addition to her magisterial duties, Skinner works as a private practice lawyer. She has also worked as an administrative law judge and assistant attorney general.[1]
