Kelsey Hollingshead is a magistrate judge of the Second District of Iowa. She was appointed to this court in January 2014 and serves Hancock County.[1]
Education
Hollingshead received her undergraduate degree and J.D. from University of Iowa in 2010 and 2013, respectively.[1]
