Kensington Town Alcohol Referendum (June 2010)
There will be a Kensington Town Alcohol Referendum on the June 7 ballot in Montgomery County for voters in the city of Kensington.
This measure calls for a vote on allowing the sale of alcohol within the town limits. The issue was brought forth by a couple who owns a convenient store and wanted to carry high end alcohol. This would allow any establishment to get a permit to potential sell alcohol on their premises.[1]
