Kent Holmberg

Kent Holmberg is a judge for the Utah Third Judicial District in Salt Lake County, Utah.[1] He was appointed to the court by Gov. Gary Herbert (R) in December 2016 and confirmed by the Utah State Senate in February 2017.[2][3]
Biography
Holmberg earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law.[4]
At the time of his appointment in 2016, Holmberg was an assistant Utah attorney general. His professional experience also includes work as a law professor and an attorney in private practice.[2][4]
