The Kentucky Appropriated School Funds Referendum was on the November 8, 1949 ballot in Kentucky as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure changed the percentage of state appropriated school funds to be divided on a per capita basis from 90 to 75.[1]
