The Kentucky Distribution and Use of School Fund Referendum was on the November 3, 1953 ballot in Kentucky as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure repealed the per capita distribution of school funds and permitted the General Assembly by general law to prescribe the manner of distribution of the Common School Fund.[1]
