Kevin S. Maughan is a magistrate judge of the Eighth District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 1997 to serve Monroe County.[1]
Education
Maughan received his bachelor's degree from Grand View College in 1984 and his law degree from Drake University in 1987.[1]
Career
Maughan has worked as a lawyer in the general practice since 1988.[1]
