Lewis and Clark Village Lighting Levy Renewal (April 2012)

A Lewis and Clark Village Lighting Levy Renewal measure was on the April 3, 2012 ballot in the village of Lewis and Clark which is in Buchanan County.

This measure seeks to renew the current street lighting levy which is set at a rate of $.30 per $100 of assessed value for a further four years in order to continue to pay for lighting for village streets.[1]

Shall the Lewis and Clark Village continue its $.30 tax for four (4) more years for the purpose of its village street lighting?[2]
