Livingston appointed chief justice

Austin, Texas: Governor Perry has appointed Judge Terrie Livingston chief justice of the Texas Second District Court of Appeals. Livingston, who has served on the Court of Appeals for 15 years, will serve in this new position until the next general election.[1]
